The article examines the features of business risk assessment in modern conditions for participants in public-private partnerships (PPPs). The development of PPPs and concession agreements in recent years has been noted. The risks of business during the sanctions period are highlighted, taking into account the current economic, political and social conditions. Various factors affecting the risks of PPP participants are summarized, taking into account the sustainability of business structures and the interests of the state. The analysis of the proposed approaches to grouping factors and methods of their assessment is carried out. The necessity of taking into account methodological approaches developed by both business and the state as one of their key partners in PPP projects is substantiated. An index method is proposed that allows taking into account multidirectional factors and indicators characterizing their impact, as well as various measures of such indicators.
