Risks of upward mobility of graduates in Mordovian Republic

The article discusses the risks of future experts' vertical mobility in the region: a decrease of quality and level of educational capacities, an extension of fee required and correspondence forms of training, overproduction and lack of various experts at the regional labor market, a priority of social ties in employment, a weak coordinate role of state in the system of personnel training.
