Compositional and rythmical features of Chinese advirtising texts

The article deals with the advertising texts which are analyzed from compositional and rhythmical point of view. Such characteristics of old Chinese poetry as isosyllabic structure, tonal alternation, rhyming, and parallel structure are considered to be the main features of compositional and rhyming structure of Chinese advertising texts. The combination of different linguistic and extra linguistic features comes to achieve pragmatic purposes of advertising.
