The article analyses the most frequent rhetorical arguments in Plevakos speech: psychological arguments, references to Holy Bible, proverbs and sayings, references to listeners. The article also deals with the methods of making rhetorical arguments specific to the famous lawyer and their role in making persuasive court speech.
