The rhetorical dialogue of the Russian and Azerbaijani cultures

The article is devoted to the consideration of the problems of the correlation of culture and morality of the peoples of Russia and Azerbaijan through the paradigm of oral communication in the process of direct relationship at different levels of dialogue. It is important to search for mutually beneficial relations in the economic, scientific, educational, religious spheres and the formation of ideals of tolerance and nonviolence.
