The authors present the qualitative analysis of anti-vaccination and COVID-dissident views expressed in social networks in 2021. The relevance of the study is determined by the severity of the social tension that arose during the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic. The infectious nature of the disease and its danger caused a number of forced measures taken by state authorities and the health care system. The stress of the situation, the temporary forced restriction of citizens' rights led to an outbreak of negativity in the comments in various social networks. In fact, anti-vaccination ideas have become the dominant element of the agenda for some time. The authors discuss the main topics raised by opponents of vaccination. The reasons leading to antivaxer sentiments are highlighted. The authors come to the conclusion that, in general, the sentiments demonstrated in the comments and publications are characteristic of the anti-vaccination movement as a whole, but at the same time they have certain specific features. Recommendations are given in case of a recurrence of such situations.
