Funeral services in the system of financial legal relations

The article is devoted to determining the legal relationship of providing funeral services in the system of financial relationships. The main content of this research is the analysis of the regulatory framework governing the activities of state and local governments to provide social services to the population. The problems of legal regulation of funeral services are revieved in the article. The analysis of the interrelation of funeral services with the financial and legal categories is carried out. The author put forward the ideas on the definition of legal relations connected with the funeral services in the financial system of the state.
