Parents as citizens

The article attempts to analyze the phenomenon of the development of parenthood as a special social community of people. The author stresses the importance of turning a parent into a full-fledged citizen, able to fight for his rights, to form and defend creative development programs. In addition, the author suggests that there is a need for the formation of a global international civil parent forum.
