Parental right and duties to provide protection of the rights and interests of the child, including cyberburger protection: analysis of European and Russian family law

The article is devoted to the study of conceptual approaches to the legal regulation of parental rights and duties in the protection of the rights and interests of the child under European family law. Particular attention was paid to the presence of gaps and collisions in the legal regulation of the duty of parents to ensure the cybersecurity of underage children.
