The article examines a diagram of the relationship between the solvency and financial stability of a corporation, reveals the distinctive features of the methods used to analyze the financial condition of a corporation. It is determined that the solvency, characterizing the financial condition of the corporation, acts as an external factor, and the indicators of financial stability, reflecting the balance of income and expenses, assets and liabilities, the balance of the corporation's cash flows are the internal side of the financial condition of the corporation.
