The role of anesthesia service in surgical wound reparative-and-proliferative processes

То study the period of changing from alteration phase to reparation one, which takes place in different parts of wound canal the time was determined from the moment of surgery start up to the moment when the walls of the capillaries damaged were completely restored and transudation of fresh erythrocytes stopped. The values close to zero indicated to restoration of capillary network integrity and to change of reparative-and-proliferative process phases. The study was made using hypotensive combined spinal-and-epidural anesthesia (CSEA (experimental group - 27 patients) and total intravenous anesthesia (TIVA) (control group - 30 patients). The results obtained don't correlate with patients' sex and age, and reflect universal processes which take place in the wound canal depending on the used method of anesthesia service during surgical intervention. Capillary network integrity restoration in the groups where regional anesthesia is used occurs 29,8% faster in comparison with the control group
