This article discusses the role of brand in marketing in the modern market economy. In addition, attention is paid to the concept of the brand, its main aims and objectives and the process of creating a brand. The brand ensures the sustainability of the business, confers on it the function of a guidebook that can help when purchasing any product. The brand is one of the varieties of marketing techniques that have a direct impact on the financial results.
