This article reflects the actual problem today - the protection of the rights of consumers of financial services. Statistical data on complaints and appeals of consumers to the Central Bank in recent years on credit institutions, insurance organizations and MFIs have been considered and analyzed. The role of Rospotrebnadzor and the Bank of Russia in ensuring the protection of the rights of clients of financial organizations was noted.
