The article discusses the concept of “digital portfolio of competencies”. The analysis of the results of the integration into the educational process of the university of this tool of the integrated system of evaluation of the results of training of university students is presented. The possibilities of a digital portfolio of competencies as a structural element of an electronic portfolio of a university student, a mechanism for collecting and fixing evaluation data of student performance for analyzing the information received and making managerial decisions are revealed. The conclusion is made about the effectiveness of its use as a tool for a continuous and dynamic process of “documenting the competence” of university students, creating a competence profile of a student in the process or following the results of mastering an educational program.
