The role of the digital economy in the development of the organization or the region

The article is devoted to the problem of identification of the digital economy, an algorithm for the formation of alternatives to regulatory functions for different levels of management is considered when analyzing the indicators of socio-economic growth of the economy in the digital economy. Digital economy is considered as a set of types of economic activity based on the use of digital technologies.
