The study analyzes the role of the digital cultural industry in shaping China’s national image. Based on an examination of the current state of Chinese soft power, digital industry development trends, and case studies of successful projects, the mechanisms by which digital cultural products influence international perceptions of China are identified. The hypothesis about the key role of the digital industry in creating a positive national image is confirmed. The study develops a model and offers practical recommendations for enhancing China’s cultural influence through innovative digital technologies and effective cross-cultural communication. Particular attention is paid to the need to develop a holistic and coordinated policy that will facilitate synergy among government agencies, technology companies, and creative groups. The author proposes a long-term plan for the development of China’s digital cultural industry, based on the creation of a “smart” ecosystem that will ensure effective interaction between all participants.
