Role of income from use of state and municipal property in regional budget revenues

Аbstract. The scientific article is devoted to the research analysis of the practical role of income from the use of state and municipal property in the income of the regional budget. The article deals with the theoretical aspects of income from the use of property. The features associated with the formation of income and the factors influencing the change in income from the use of property are analyzed on the example of the Northwestern Federal District.
