The role of document reference in the personnel management system

The paper defines the role of document management in the personnel management system. The essence of a number of special concepts related to document circulation procedures is considered. Specifically, the specifics of the documentation support of the personnel management system. The main office-work functions of the personnel management system are singled out and the documentation base on which the personnel management system in the organization is based is analyzed. The author comes to the conclusion that the document circulation is closely connected with the system of acting local normative acts.
