Роль е-кадгерина и b-катенина при плоскоклеточном раке органов головы и шеи

Цель исследования - представить и обобщить имеющиеся в современной литературе данные о прогностическом значении маркеров E-кадгерина и β-катенина для плоскоклеточного рака органов головы и шеи, обосновать потенциальную пользу внедрения исследований данной области в клиническую практику в рамках персонализированного подхода к лечению плоскоклеточного рака органов головы и шеи. Материал и методы. выполнен поиск и обзор литературы в базах данных Pubmed, Scopus, Google Scholar и РИНЦ на предмет связи уровня данных маркеров с прогнозом и клинической картиной заболевания, а также агрессивностью поведения опухоли и ответом на лечение.
