The role of the federal bailiff service in neutralization the threat of economic safety

In the article, based on official statistics, the activity of the Federal Bailiff Service is analyzed from the standpoint of its contribution to the development of the country's economic security. A special place in the work is devoted to researching the directions of providing conditions for compensation of damage / losses from the incoming threats to economic security. It is noted that the bailiffs' activities are in the zone of risk situations, which determine the need for adequate legal protection measures. Attention is focused on the development of corruption schemes of abuse ofpower by officials.
