Corporate identity is an integral element of the promotion system of any commercial organization. Currently, it is designed to ensure, on the one hand, the identification of the company and its products, and, on the other, the characteristic differences of the company from its competitors. The article considers the experience of a particular business entity (the "Snow Queen" store in Khabarovsk) working in this direction.
