Special attention is paid to the in-depth analysis of problems such as the gap between training and real scenarios, the motivational crisis, psychological barriers and lack of integration with the psychological service. Solutions are proposed: realistic stress simulations, reward systems, personalization of programs and the involvement of psychologists in training. Examples from the practice of training centers in Moscow and SOBR are given, as well as innovations such as virtual simulators, biofeedback and group retreats. The article highlights the transformation of physical activity into a tool of psychological resilience for the effective and ethical use of force in operational activities.
