The role of gamification in organizing students’ individual work in online English language study

The issue of the gamification introduction into the process of the English language study when organizing individual work online is discussed. The authors describe both the advantages and mechanisms of this process. Based on the study and its results’ analysis, it is concluded that gamified learning makes the process of a foreign language study effective, increase students’ motivation, develops independent work skills.
