Бесплатный доступ
Intellect is one of the most well-known factors determining the basic life criteria, such as education level, professional success, health and longevity. In psychogenetics, intelligence is considered as a complex multifactor trait with high genetic determination. Currently, an active search is underway for genes involved in the formation of this trait. The article provides an overview of scientific data on the study of the influence of the dopaminergic neurotransmitter system genes (DRD2, DRD4, COMT, SLC6A3, CCKAR) on human intellectual abilities.
