В статье представлены современные сведения о механизмах действия тиреоидных гормонов на метаболизм миокарда. Основное внимание уделено негеномным эффектам тиреоидных гормонов, рассматриваются также нарушения энергетического обмена и структурные изменения миокарда, развивающиеся на фоне гипотиреоза.
