The role of the state in the consolidation of the Russian capital at the present stage

The article describes the main directions and forms of consolidation of Russian capital in the modern world. First of all it identifies trends and patterns of consolidation of corporate capital, reveals the relationship between the level of capitalization and the growth of the competitiveness of companies in the world markets in the globalized world. The work determines the role of the state in the consolidation of the capital in priority sectors of the Russian economy through the organization of state corporations.
