The role of the state in providing employment for the population

Introduction: the article examines various forms of employment in the context of public policy, identifies contradictions and problematic issues in providing jobs for certain categories of workers, analyzes unaccounted-for labor relations, and formulates a hypothesis about the need to develop mechanisms to promote legal employment and disadvantage both employees and employers of all forms of informal labor relations, the expediency of developing civil and labor patriotism is substantiated.
