Role of the state in the process of institutional change

In the context of serious institutional changes, the state, along with the traditional range of tasks, is forced to solve the problems of forming a market institutional environment, take part in the structural restructuring of the economy, and transform the state itself as a socio-economic institution. The article considers the institutional changes in the modern economy of the Russian Federation and identifies the role of the state in this process.
