The role of the state in the management of innovation diversification of production at defense industry enterprises

The article considers the tasks solved by the participants in the process of innovative diversification of production of military products. The special role of the state in this process is studied, which is determined by the specifics of the activities of enterprises of the military-industrial complex and the peculiarities of its management. The main approaches to the analysis of the tasks solved by the state in the process of regulating the diversification activities of enterprises are identified. It is determined that in modern conditions it is necessary to strengthen the role of the state in managing the diversification of production at enterprises of the military-industrial complex. Proposals have been developed aimed at improving the efficiency of this activity of the state in modern conditions.
