The role of public-private partnerships in the development of transport infrastructure in the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation

The Arctic zone of the Russian Federation today is a new megaregion, which has huge geopolitical and economic importance for Russia, is characterized by a rather distressed state of the transport infrastructure. This article discusses the issue of the use of different models of public-private partnerships to implement large-scale and long-term projects of development of transport infrastructure of the Russian Arctic. Special attention is paid to risk-based models public-private partnerships.
