The relevance of a comprehensive study of state regulation of investment activity is determined by the fact that investment management is the main means of structural transformation of the production and social potential of Russia, increasing its efficiency. The deepening of the crisis phenomena that characterize the current economic state of our country has found a concentrated reflection in the investment sphere.
