Role of public youth policy in spiritual and moral education of young people

There are analyzed the reasons for increase of the role of public youth policy in spiritual and moral education of young people, compared the priorities of the Russian and foreign public youth policy. There are revealed the conditions of social partnership of the youth and the state in the sphere of spiritual and moral education of the society.
