The role of state policy in the solution of the problems of fertility

The article is devoted to the problem of the birth rate in the country and its regions, the possibilities of state policy in raising its level. The studied problem is considered as the reason for a deep demographic crisis, and the main measures implemented within the framework of state policy are the basic conditions for increasing the birth rate.
