The Role of Government Agencies in Ensuring Effective Control over Labor Migration in the Kyrgyz Republic

The article analyzes the role of government agencies in ensuring effective control over labor migration in the Kyrgyz Republic. The study is based on a comparative analysis of the legal framework and practical experience in implementing migration policy, which helps identify key problems and contradictions in the field of labor migration regulation. Particular attention is paid to the interaction between various government agencies responsible for monitoring migration processes, as well as mechanisms for prompt response to violations of the rights of labor migrants. Based on a comprehensive analysis, recommendations are proposed to improve the legislative framework and improve coordination between government agencies. The results of the study can be useful both for scientific research in the field of migration law and for practitioners involved in the development and implementation of measures to ensure law and order in the field of labor migration.
