The role of state institutions in the economy of the Russian Federation

A state institution performs public functions related to the implementation of the activities of a particular institution as a representative of the relevant branch Ministry. The role of state institutions in the economy is quite limited, since state institutions are not entities engaged in the production of goods, works, but each institution has the right to perform services if there is a license and if such a right is provided by the Charter of the institution.
