The influence of ghrelin, coresponding to I, II and III pregnancy trimesters function activity of neutrophils. In work we used fractionated neutrophils peripheral blood non - pregnant healthy women in reproduct age, it were obtrained in follikuliarnae phase of the menstrual cycle. Neutro-phil granulicyte were obtained by centrifugation in the double gradient density ficoll - verografin. Phagocytic activity estimated in the degree of reduction luminescence genetically engineered strain of bacteria E. coli lux*. Estimate oxidative activity neutrophils by intensity luminal-dependent chemiluminescence in a spontaneous and stimulated versions. Hormon, coresponding to I, II and III pregnancy trimesters supresses phagocytic and oxidative activity of neutrophils. Thus, was installed that ghrelin has effective regulatory action on options of neutrophils peripheral blood.
