This article is devoted to a comprehensive study of the impact that an HR manager provides today for the development of a certification system in economic entities in the context of increased informatization of the economy. The article examines the importance of this system for the effective functioning of the enterprise, highlights the distinctive features of this procedure due to the ongoing digitalization, pays attention to the most popular software products that have proven themselves in personnel evaluation, and focuses on how automation affects the process.
