The article examines the role of HR management in the system of ensuring quality management at the enterprise, focusing on the importance of human capital in the knowledge economy. Particular attention is paid to the processes of selection, adaptation, assessment and development of personnel, as well as motivation and knowledge management. The importance of introducing advanced HR practices to improve the efficiency of the quality management system, integrating HR management tools with business processes and forming a corporate culture focused on quality is revealed. Examples of companies are given that illustrate the successful use of HR tools in the context of ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
