Objective of this research is to study specifics of morpho-physiological organization of peripheral erythron component in newborn progeny of female rats with experimental chronic alcoholic intoxication. The research was conducted on white laboratory outbred female rats and their progeny. In studied group we modeled chronic alcoholic intoxication. In 1-day-old test infant rats we observe significant increase in RBC count and cellcolor ratio, hemoglobin, hematocrit, mean cell hemoglobin, hemoglobin concentration in erythrocyte more than the same value of control group. We observe growth of reticulocyte count and growth of oxyphilic normocyte count in peripheral blood smears of experimental group more than the same value of control group.
Experimental alcohol-induced liver injury, newborn progeny, erythron, red blood cells
