The role of artistic director and director in the management of the organization of the sphere of culture and art

Currently, in the sphere of culture and art, there is a system of separate management, where the "management" of the creative process in the organizations of art is carried out by the artistic director, and the director manages the "management" of staff and staff. However, the specificity of the division of powers in the process of "leadership" and "management", as well as the issue of "leadership" in the organization hierarchy between the artistic director and the director, remains poorly understood. The problem of the article is to determine the effectiveness of the interaction between the artistic director and the director within the organization of culture and art, and also in the issue of delegating the powers of the director-manager to the artistic director and vice versa.
