The role and place of the Federal Service of the National Guard of the Russian Federation in ensuring national security

This article examines the legal status of the Federal service of the national guard of the Russian Federation as a Federal Executive authority in the system of ensuring state, public and national security of the state. The content of the target and competence blocks of the ROS guard status is revealed. Based on the study of the main tasks and specifics of the national guard troops, based on normative legal acts, the role of the Federal service of the national guard of the Russian Federation in ensuring national security is shown.
