Role and theoretical aspects of managing the process of personnel adaptation in trade organizations

Theoretical bases of the process of personnel adaptation in trade organizations are considered in the article. The main qualitative indicators of the organization of the personnel adaptation system in trade and the relationship between the efficiency of the process of adaptation of employees and the efficiency of the activities of the trading enterprise as a whole are investigated.
