The role and importance of motivation in the personnel management of real estate organization

The article deals with the problems of the work management system of a real estate organization. The peculiarity of the organization is a high degree of personal independence and responsibility of employees who combine the functions of free agents and employees. The problems of the efficiency of this personnel management system and the results of its work are investigated.
