The role and significance of internal corporate communications in the human resources management system

This article examines topical issues that emphasize the role and importance of intra-corporate communications in the human resource management system of the organization. The influence of communication factors on productivity as well as on the motivation of employees is shown. Provisions indicating the formation and improvement of the system of communications within the organization, and accordingly, the positive use of tools of influence on personnel, allowing to achieve a highly effective return from employees in the workplace are considered in detail.
