The role of image in a modern organization

The article discusses several approaches to the definition of "image". In particular, the analysis of different approaches to the definition of the "image of the organization" was carried out and an assessment of several authors was given, which made it possible to identify the inconsistency of their points of view on this issue. In particular, the place and role of the image in the activities of a modern organization is determined. Such aspects as the positive image of the enterprise and its impact on increasing the competitiveness and value of the business are identified. Also in this article, universal recommendations for improving the image of the enterprise were identified and an assessment of their socio-economic efficiency was given.
