The active use of digital means in the process of legal proceedings is a tribute to the challenges of modernity. Digital media have a number of progressive features, but at the same time have disadvantages in terms of their legislative design. The article examines the role of information support in the settlement of economic disputes and the impact on conciliation procedures.
