Article contains the short review of basic provisions of some theories of spatial development, features of evolution of the concept "infrastructure". The author offers the specified classification of regional infrastructure. Also the author's vision of the solution of a question offormation of strategy of development of spatial integration of Russia by means of a complex control system of transport infrastructure of the region is presented.
