The role of an institutional environment in the increasing of safety level on air transport

The matters of safety on air transport remain actual and vital in current conditions. This article presents the problems of safety through the term of institutionalism. One of high-priority problems is imperfection of institutional structure. This is due to a lot of state agencies deal with these issues. The solution of this problem may be perfecting of regulatory framework and powers redistribution between the state authorities.
