The role of the internet in the political sphere of social medium. Part 2

The paper analyzes a role of computer technologies and shows their strengths and weaknesses in the process of formation of the personality values in the era of digital communications. Basing on the statistical data and the results of sociological surveys, the author reveals the importance of the Internet in the everyday life of politicians, youth and older people. He makes an allegation about weak use of social media platforms by the authorities for the development of civil society, the formation of a rule-of-law state and the formation of political culture of citizens.
