The article discusses the theoretical aspects of the investment climate and investment attractiveness for the development of the national economy. The main factors that influence the growth of investment attractiveness in the country are investigated. A practical analysis of the current state of Russia's investment attractiveness and its impact on the process of state management of the economy is carried out. Based on this analysis, the conditions for creating a favorable investment climate in Russia are determined.
